5. What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars? [Be yourself; we have an awesome team of really kind and knowledgeable people. The Bongardians are one of the best teams I’ve ever worked with!]
6. If I weren’t so damn good at my job, I’d probably be [operating my own private investigation firm – I’ve always wanted to be a private investigator and I think I’d be awesome at it!]
7. Cats or dogs? [Both! Anything with fur (all animals, really) has a special place in my heart].
8. My favorite word in the English language is… [hard to choose just one! I’m fascinated by words and languages and the history of the various languages from around the world. There’s no way I could just choose one word, but if I had to, I’d choose “perseverance” for everything that it means].
9. My favorite word that has no direct English translation is [a Portuguese curse word that I should probably keep to myself lol].
10. What’s the most inspiring part of your job? [I think the most inspiring part about it is just communicating and interacting with people who are passionate about safety training and just the various methods we use to keep workers (people) safe and going home to their loved ones].
11. If I were a superhero, my superpower would be [probably mind-reading, since I can already do that on a very small scale. Practice makes perfect!]
12. When I was 5, I was pretty sure I’d be [a superhero or a supervillain (more likely supervillain)] when I grew up.
13. If you were a pasta shape, what shape would you be and why? [Probably just spaghetti, since I’m fairly tall. Although not as slim as I once was, so maybe linguini? Is linguini thicker than spaghetti?]
14. If we held an office talent show, I’d wow everyone with my [knowledge of the English language talent. If you can call it a talent? I don’t know if I have any creative or arts-related talents – can’t sing or play any musical instruments. I used to write, all the time, but it’s been a while now. I’ve been wanting to get back into it though. I love words and languages, so I’m always trying to learn more and more words within the English language].
