The only reason you have a problem is that you haven’t made a decision.

The idea for this book came to me on a flight to Chicago. I don’t want to call it an epiphany, but it certainly was close. I was reflecting on what it is that I really do for my clients every day. The conclusion was that I help them make decisions for almost two decades. I’ve spent on average over 100 days a year in full-day sessions with the leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies.
